THE ANOINTED PACE SISTERS began as mere babies singing each night with their father before going to bed. Later,the public was introduced to their sisterly harmony through church services,talent shows,and traveling the country with the “Action Revival Team”. They won the BEST GOSPEL GROUP award in the early 70’s at the Annual COGIC Music Convention under the direction of the late Dr.Mattie Moss Clark (mother of the renowned Clark Sisters). In the early 90’s THE ANOINTED PACE SISTERS signed to Savoy Records where they experienced the height of their career with the albums U-Know and My Purpose with the 1992 “U-Know”reaching #1 and remaining on the Gospel charts for over a year.Their popularity also launched the successful solo career of former group member LaShun Pace. Over the many years,these sisters have maintained a loyal fan base across the country.Now on Tyscot Records,THE ANOINTED PACE SISTERS are back with their new CD entitled RETURN. Recorded live in their hometown of Atlanta,for CD and DVD release,RETURN is full of refreshing lyrics and melodies with every song representative of their recognizable harmonies and awesome signature sound.Topping it all off is a guest appearance by beloved sister LaShun Pace on “He’s Here/When God Is In The Building.” No strangers to TV and film THE ANOINTED PACE SISTERS have played various parts in movies such as The Fighting Temptations(Cuba Gooding Jr.and Beyonce Knowles)and Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Family Reunion (Cicely Tyson and Blair Underwood).
